Staffing Solution Options
The majority of our clients find that each need within their company requires a unique solution. Below are the options that have been most successful. Frequently, we work with a single client under different options simultaneously, depending upon the urgency of filling the openings. Our Account Managers will recommend the appropriate solutions for your specific needs.
Retained Search
Our retained search option offers complete, full service search with Keyability Consultants Team Members exclusively dedicated to your search until it is completed. Our retained search option is used at all levels where there is a critical need that must be filled in a short period of time.
Retained Search provides for a thorough search of the "marketplace", extensive pre-screening and qualifying (through telephone and/or personal interviews as warranted), and full documentation (data sheets, reference checks, performance appraisals, W2's, etc.) of candidates prior to presentation to the client. Keyability Consultants will be actively involved throughout the completion of the offer, acceptance, resignation, coordination of relocation services, and "landing" period for the selected candidates.
Our replacement guarantee is 90 days and all candidates recruited will be exclusively presented to the client. The terms and conditions of our retained search are:
- 1/3 of the estimated service charge due upon execution of the contract
- 1/3 of the estimated service charge due upon presentation of the short list of candidates
- Final 1/3 due upon fulfillment of search
Priority (Engaged) Search
Priority search is best utilized for postions which must be filled in a timely period and/or multiple positions which require thorough, ongoing professional representation in the marketplace.
Keyability Consultants will utilize a Project Team to provide fulfillment of Priority Searches. Following identification and qualification of candidates, preliminary reference checks will be initiated and requests for documentation will be initiated. Full documentation as described above will be completed and provided prior to extending an offer of employment to the selected candidate(s).
Our replacement guarantee is 60 days and candidates will not be presented to any other clients for a period of 30 days from the initial presentation on Priority Searches. The terms and conditions of a priority search are:
- 1/3 of the estimated service charge due upon signing the contract
- 2/3 or the balance of the service charge due upon fulfillment of the search.
Contingency Presentation of Candidates
Contingency presentation of candidates may be used for ongoing opening, which are not as urgent in nature. Many clients select this option when a critical need may exist, but utilization for a particular profile is constant.
Following identification of qualified candidates and prescreening by Keyability Consultants, candidates will be presented to the client. Preliminary reference checking may be done at this point and full documentation will be completed and provided upon the decision to make an offer to a candidate.
Our replacement guarantee is 30 days. No exclusivity of candidates is offered with this method. The terms and conditions are payment due upon successful completion of the search.
Project Search
Keyability Consultant's team of experienced Search Consultants has led and completed Project Search assignments (multiple hires required in a definite and compressed time period frame) for numerous clients. Project Search commitments, terms and conditions, and service charges are determined on a case-by-case basis.
